Reviews and Ratings
I was thrilled to stay at this hotel located just by the bus station offering the only view from the hotel, feeling like a part of the bustling activity while enjoying a cool view of the sun deck and the sea. The service was fantastic, really went out of their way to make me feel welcomed and cared for. The location was superb, with easy access to the main attractions. The dining experience was delightful with a lovely spread each morning. The only minor downside was the rooms' cave-like feel until 8 pm, but everything else more than made up for it!
The hotel had fine rooms with comfortable beds and a nice balcony, although some maintenance issues were apparent. It was neat and very clean, which I find super important. The service was extremely helpful and considerate. The location was amazing, especially being close to the bus station and the main part of town. The dining experience was satisfactory, with buffet-style options available. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms at street level with great views, though on the smaller side with basic equipment in the bathroom. The service is excellent, with very helpful staff, albeit some occasional confusion noted. The location is ideal for easy access to public transportation and planned activities, despite a minor issue with a bad smell nearby. The dining experience, while not exceptional, is hearty and includes local produce. Overall, a good value for the money, though other European hotels may offer better dining options.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the room had its own terrace that overlooked the sea, volcano, and the town of Fira, offering a classic cave-style charm with a large and cute layout. However, the room appeared neglected with broken door handles, lacking a balcony table, and non-functional air conditioning, accompanied by an unpleasant smell that detracted from the overall appeal.
The hotel is a quirky space with spacious and airy rooms, albeit facing the bus stop which can lead to some morning noise. Despite some cleanliness issues, the overall experience is unique and charming. The service is exceptional with prompt assistance and friendly staff, although the breakfast could offer more variety. The location is ideal, near the bus station and right in the heart of Fira town. The dining options are basic but satisfying, and the overall facilities are adequate.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were cozy and perfect for me as I spent most of my time soaking up the sun outside. The architecture of the room, with azure blue shutters and a dome-type bed area, was simply charming. Although the rooms were a bit small, they offered a lovely escape from the heat.
I had a wonderful time at the hotel, located conveniently close to the heart of Fira with excellent service. The rooms were cozy and well-arranged according to the typical Canava's style. However, the dining options were limited, impacting the overall experience.
